As 32 fazendas participantes se beneficiaram de US$ 11 milh\u00f5es concedidos como linhas de cr\u00e9dito a juros baixos, um investimento realizado por meio de uma abordagem in\u00e9dita: t\u00edtulos verdes emitidos em d\u00f3lares (CRAs - Certificados de Receb\u00edveis do Agroneg\u00f3cio) e registrados na Bolsa de Valores de Viena.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>O Programa Cerrado 1 agora avan\u00e7a para seu segundo ano, com os investidores comprometidos com um programa de quatro anos.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>O relat\u00f3rio do primeiro ano do programa foi publicado hoje, e evidencia resultados mais que promissores: 100% dos fundos investidos foram desembolsados para os produtores eleg\u00edveis, que foram selecionados com base em v\u00e1rios crit\u00e9rios incluindo a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o das fazendas, o risco de desmatamento, a \u00e1rea de excedentes de reserva legal e o hist\u00f3rico de cr\u00e9dito.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Al\u00e9m disso, nenhum produtor participante desmatou ou converteu vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa em suas \u00e1reas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>ainda assim, todos bateram suas metas de colheita dessa safra de soja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>O monitoramento das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es e dos impactos ambientais foi conduzido pelas equipes que coordenam a iniciativa, a empresa de finan\u00e7as ambientais Sustainable Investment Management (SIM) e a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bvrio.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BVRio<\/a>Os resultados foram verificados de forma independente pela EarthDaily Agro, al\u00e9m de um respeit\u00e1vel Comit\u00ea Ambiental, composto pela The Nature Conservancy, Conservation International, WWF Brasil, ONU Meio Ambiente, IPAM, e a Proforest, que analisou as metodologias empregadas para a quantifica\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto e dos relat\u00f3rios de monitoramento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>SIM Director, Pedro Moura Costa, commented, \u201cWe are pleased to announce these results.&nbsp; The programme has worked as designed, and the concept has been proven. We need to rapidly scale up to deliver greater environmental protection to the Cerrado, which is under increasing pressure due to additional legislation being placed elsewhere in Brazil.
